Granulation Section Machines

The Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to suit the requirements of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry. As the name suggests, this machine performs two operations mixing and granulating. After mixing of dry powders or granules, subsequent wet granulation occurs producing loose granules, thus avoiding transfer of dry mixture. The mixing is achieved by paddle type impeller blades spinning close to bottom of the mixing bowl. The impeller blades are angled in a way that sets the entire mixture in a whirling - rising - tumbling motion ensuring a quick and even distribution of all dry components which leads to an even wetting of every granule. Dome shaped mixing bowl directs loose particles into whirling motion with help of impeller for efficient mixing.


The large lumps formed during wet mixing are broken up by chopping tool rotating at 1440/2880 RPM. Specially designed chopper blades driven at high speed for fast and uniform granulation throughout the whole mass in mixing bowl. The mix can be discharged with the impeller running through outlet located on the side of the mixing bowl near the bottom.


The mixing tool is easily removed from the drive shaft to facilitate easy cleaning of mixing bowl. The side discharge assembly is hinged for accessibility for cleaning.
The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and GMP requirements.

Vibro sifters are a portable unit, Ideal for separating various types of solids from solid mixtures and gradation of products based on their particle sizes to get uniformly sized product. Available in 300 mm Lab Model, 500 mm, 750 mm, 900 mm diameter deck size.

Machine is designed to Screen the dry product through any mesh size as per particle size Manufactured also in double / triple / four decks for multiple grading sizes in the same batch in the same process.

Wire mesh or perforated mesh can be used.Does not generate heat or dust, ideal for sticky heatsensitive products.Hopper and rotor can be easily removed for cleaning. Safety mesh on top of hopper and side guards are provided. Output varies from 50 to 300 kg per hour depending on product and screen.

Granules Making Machine

 Main Structure: Main Structure of Granules Making Machine fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel for GMP compliance. Complete body is mounted on a strong stainless steel base for sturdiness.

Powder Hopper: A 35 liter gross volume hopper is provided for feeding sufficient material

for process.

Rotary Assembly: The horizontal rotor assembly consists of stainless steel304 GR. Hexagonal rods

and S.S. plate with a main rotor shaft of 25mm dia S.S. the newly designed of the rotor is such that

it gives the perfect and homogenous granulation of the material. This rotor oscillates (alternately rotates in clockwise and anti clockwise direction) at approximately 48rpm.

Capacity: Actual output capacity of Granules Making Machine depends upon the nature and bulk density of powder, as well as operator skill.

Grill Cover: Grill type removable cover is provided inside hopper .This grill cover protects operator from oscillating rotor and also prevents any accidental dropping of scoop etc inside operating chamber

Driving Arrangement: A TEFC electric motor of 0.75 kw power to run on 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, A.C.(other voltage on request ) is provided along with a suitable reducing gear box to get final rotating speed of 48 rpm. A D.O.L. or Star –Delta type starter will also be provided.

Discharge: Discharge from the Granules Making Machine can be collected on trays (not provided with machine) that are placed on trays bars provided underneath the operating chamber.
