ATF−I is designed to fill and seal plastic / laminate tubes or aluminium tubes. The machine is suitable especially for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and foodstuff industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream, ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a volumetric dosing system.

Empty tube loading and tube orientation is to be manually done, the rest of the functions like cream filling; tube sealing or crimping; Lot No. embossing; tube trimming; finished tube ejection – are automatic.

The machine is designed and manufactured to suit FDA and GMP requirements.

Cream Lotion Filling Machine

• Machine has a high speed automatic multi head for filling gel, moisturizing cream, shaving cream, cream, paste, ointment, wax polish, grease, jam, sauce etc. in small plastic or tin containers or jars, bottles etc.
• Cream Lotion Filling Machine has containers like flat tins, bottles are loaded on turntable from where they are transferred onto conveyor belt where they are indexed into filling station (3 containers at a time). 
• No-Container-No-Fill device will stop the Cream Lotion Filling Machine if all the 3 containers are not in place. 
• SS jacketed hopper with 2 kw heater and stirrer is provided to facilitate easy filling of Shaving cream.
• Filled containers or jars, bottles etc are transported over conveyor for further operations and handling.
